"First time purchasing travel money online and the process was incredibly simple. From the bank transfer, through the timely emails, to delivery of my cash this morning took about 36 hours. Unlike another reviewer, I was happy with the mix of notes I received (only 1 large denomination). Will use again and recommend to family & friends."

"Found this site using a comparison site and was impressed with their dollar rate compared to the high street. I was a little nervous about sending so much money but was fine. The company don't accept debit or credit card payment so email you the sort code and account number to send the money to using your bank's transfer facility. Paid Friday night, money came out of my bank straight away. The company are closed at the weekend so didn't get confirmation email of money received until Monday morning. About an hour later I got an email saying my money had been sent out special deliver, insured and guaranteed before 1pm the next day. The money arrived at about 10:30 and with small and large bills so all an all would definitely recommend this company and would use again and again."

"I have always restricted my search for foreign currency to the high street but decided, due to the extortionate fees charged by banks for buying currency with a debit card, to give the internet a chance. I was pleased with the exchange rates offered for both US$ & CA$ by Travel FX and held my breath while I pressed the 'buy currency' button ! The process was so smooth I wondered why I hadn't done it before. I ordered my US$ on Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday morning - following this success I orderd CA$ on Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered on Thursday morning. I received e-mails confirming where my order was up to - order placed, money received, order despatched - and it couldn't have been easier. I made my payment through internet banking - quick, efficient and easy !"

"very good system,easy to use and very prompt delivery,i got my cash on the day i asked for it to be delivered.only problem is that i ordered £1000 of euro's i got the cash and there were 5 x €100 notes.not very good,i would have prefered nothing over €50 notes."

"First time using the service and can advise that it was excellent. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was that we received large denomination notes. I think you could request specific notes but it would cost extra...which was a shame...would've given them 5 stars if it hadn't cost extra. By far the best rate of currency around too. Excellent service from beginning to end. I was a little wary about paying money into a bank account of a company I'd never used before, but went on the basis of the reviews being good and no-one had been ripped off. Will use again but may pay extra to specify denomination of notes."
