How to complain

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our website or the service we provide, please let us know. We are a small and passionate team who care deeply about your experience on our website so if something has gone wrong or does not live up to your expectations, we would really like the opportunity to put it right.

All complaints are assigned to an appropriate member of our team who will address your concerns and respond to you within 1 working day. In some cases we may ask you for more information to help us to understand your complaint. If your complaint relates to a specific company or product, we may pause or remove their listing from our website until we have conducted an investigation.

Please note we unable to help with complaints about orders because we do not have access to the ordering systems used by other companies. If you have a complaint about an order you have placed, you will need to contact the company you placed the order with so they can help you further.

Complaints escalation

If you have already contacted us about a complaint and have not been entirely satisfied with our response, you may wish to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is a government-backed organisation who deal with complaints between financial business and their customers, and they have legal powers to ensure businesses are treating customers fairly.
