Thomas Exchange Exchange Rates

Thomas Exchange deliver currency anywhere in the UK with Royal Mail Special Delivery. You can only pay for this service using the faster payments system. We don't accept standard CHAPS/BACS or SWIFT payments. If your bank offers this service we will recieve your payment within 2 hours. If your order is placed before 3pm you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 working days. There is a £10 fee for every order up to £2,500 to cover Royal Mail Delivery insurance. For larger orders above £4,000 we may need to make extra compliance checks.

Take advantage of our great online rates by using our In-Store Collection Service to reserve your currency for same day collection from any one of our seven central London branches. Pay for your currency by using the faster payments method and collect from our priority collection area Monday to Friday (we don't accept payment by CHAPS/BACS or SWIFT). Simply pop in to your local branch and locate our Priority Collection area, show your ID to the Cashier and your currency will be handed over to you.

Exchange your unused currencies by post with Thomas Exchange and get the same buy back rates shown on our website. Just download and print the currency buyback form and send the currency by Royal Mail special delivery. We will convert your currency at the buyback exchange rate published on our website on the day we receive the currency. Larger denomination notes such as the €200, CHF1000, SGD1000 or CZK5000 are accepted, however these may be subject to a slightly different rate than published on the website. We will require a copy of your passport for these larger denominations and multiples of these notes may require further documentation. Please contact us directly if you have any queries.
