Unable to login to website to check my account or card balance. I've reset my password and been given two different 'Client ID' numbers, one which had a space in the middle (?) and one which contained a zero where the space was in the previous email. The customer service line is on permanent hold and the VIDA FX Facebook and Twitter accounts haven't been updated since Dec 30th 2014. This card used to be fantastic but there are clearly problems with the company so avoid at all costs!

I have used this card in Germany and Spain and on the cross channel ferry without any problems at all, very simple to top up, very easy to use. Only draw back is they charge you 30p each time you check your balance, I will have to remember next time as it can mount up over a few weeks ????

Havent used my card abroad yet but topping up when the Euro rate is high is very very easy and the rate you get compared with other cards is excellent. Cannot fault this card thus far.

Automated system won't issue PIN number, but worse still they don't pick up the phone or respond on 'livechat'. Give me my money back please.
