They charge you a fee .. they all do pre payment companies. This is not a free card. Read your TMs. You can cash out via email or going into store.
Horrible experience, please avoid it , there’s no any help available, left me stranded abroad . I have tried it in so many places but it was declined.
Use Randdons every year the staff in the East Kilbride shop are very helpful don’t know why people are complaining about a lower rate inside than it state in window the higher rate is for £1000 I always ask what rate I am getting when in store
