Got some Czech Koruna last minute at what I thought was not a great rate. The tourist exchanges in Prague were all offering better rates, from about 3% to 8%, all without commission. Won't be using Sainsbury's again!
Absolute Joke. Ordered card for collection in 24 hours, downloaded the app, and it won't load my balance. Called support to be told it takes 24 hours to consolidate, despite all the marketing and literature. a number of calls later they finally admit [...]
Bought some Euros in Sainsbury’s then realised when I got home that the rate is much lower if you don’t pre-order online. Surely they should highlight this in store? Anyway, lesson learned.
