Used Hay's Click and Collect Travel Money. Very straightforward. Great service in Stranraer Branch. Not a huge amount of money but a good rate in spite of that. Definitely use again.

I use Hays Travel for all my holiday money. Their click and collect is easy to use and you get an almost instant phone call from them confirming your order and when it will be ready to collect. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant.

Bought £2,500 worth of Euros
I used click and collect and when I went to the statedbranch they had no note of it. Luckily the very efficient lady honoured the euro rate of the click and collect which was €1.14 so I didn't lose out.

Bought £100 worth of Euros
Easy to order online with a competitive rate. However, having to wait for a call from staff before being able to collect is unhelpful.
I was contacted at the end of the following day to say the branch had run out of Euros (!) and we’re unable to fulfil my order. I was already travelling by this time and had had to go elsewhere.
(Had called into the branch first thing on the morning on the off-chance the order would be ready only to find the opening times on the website aren’t updated to include staff training and it was closed).
Good service if you can order several days ahead (although the quoted rate is only available until the end of the day after ordering). Hopeless for last-minute requests.

Hey travel in wellingborough have really lovely staff in their shop.
The click and collect service is very easy to use, plus you get a really good rate, what i really liked, was i could pay on collection so i didn't have to worry about getting ripped off by stammers, because of using my card over the phone.
