"As a first time user, I was a bit cynical about transferring money to a company with which I had had no previous dealings. However, decided to give it a go and ordered on-line on Tuesday evening, received an immediate email acknowledgement with details of how I should make payment which I easily set up through my on-line banking. I received confirmation of receipt of the payment mid morning on the next day and a further email to notify me that my order had been despatched at 1.00PM. Order received 9.00AM the next day.
