Excellent service good rate and friendly every time.
We brought over a period of few week and great every time plus nice variety of notes would have prefer a few twenty though but it's not problem.

Bought £701 worth of Euros
ordered first thing in the morning, you get a choice of dates for delivery or collection from a branch, I had them delivered for the following day by special delivery which was free for my 850 euros, got a good mix of 50s,20s,10s and 5 notes, they arrived on time at 930 am, they had the top rate on the day in question on the comparison website

Bought £580 worth of Euros
Dreadful service. They messed up and sent Euros by post instead of to the shop in Kings Heath, Birmingham. This was an easy mistake to make...
I went in to pick them up, and even though I was travelling the next day and would have missed delivery of 600 Euros, they were unable to help. Escalated to regional manager....they said no. So I was left having to pay for another 600 Euros there and then (they did at least match online rate which saved me about .20p). Oh, and they offered me free parking, but I was on the bike. A truly laughable service.

Ordered Euros online to click and collect from Sunderland Bridges store. Went to the shop when instructed by email, to find the place in darkness, although the shutter was up. Waited for a little while but no one came. Rang the number on the email several times but no response. Wandered around the shops for a while and returned to find still no one there. Checked the opening times, apparently Sunday hours are 11am until 5pm. I'd initially arrived around 12. I now need to come out of work early to dash back to town before closing time during the week. The worst of it was, I could have got the same rate over the counter at a shop a few doors up as the 'boosted' online rate I'd paid for with eurochange.... Never again.

Bought £2,000 worth of US dollars
Changed £2000 into dollars all done online for next day delivery. Varied in all notes $100 dollars and down. Was delivered next day by Royal mail although they did put it in my outside postbox and not handed to us. Report to Eurochange and apology given and vouchers for next use. Very impressed on how it was dealt with

Have used Eurochange many times over the years usually without issue. However the last 3 times I have not been happy. The money wasn't delivered by the Royal Mail one time which meant I either had to travel 15 miles to another location or go on holiday without. In November 2020 I got a text saying my money was ready to collect followed by another text shortly after telling me the branch would be closed all over the weekend. I again could travel to my next nearest location (15 miles) or wait till Monday. I went Monday and the money wasn't there!! I finally got it on the Turesday. Then this Feb. I gave them 1 last chance. I ordered £1600 of Euros, got the text to say it was in store, went to collect only to find it was in 10 & 20 Euro notes (no 50s or 100s!!). Not a happy customer.

Caution - You will only get buy back, at the rate you paid, for the first 30% of the amount of travel money you purchased. This was not mentioned to me at the time of purchase.

Bought £900 worth of Chilean pesos
If you need a reliable delivery of foriegn exchange then this is not your best bet - let us down badly - they called at 4.50pm on a Friday to say our currency would not be available after all for next day delivery but 4 days later (despite taking the order, shipping fee and £900) - and that our refund would take 5 days to arrive leaving us not only short of cash for our trip, but without a refund to source currency from a more reputable source. Very unhelpful and not able to resolve their currency shortage issue. Suggested we take a 3 hour round trip to Bath on Saturday to get our refund (but not the currency - that would not be available still). Accounts department had gone home supposedly at 4.45pm so no-one available to refund us until Monday despite not being able to deliver - off to South America with no currency now ... cheers

The currency you ordered should have been removed from the website due to low stocks and in this instance this had not happened which enabled you to order it from us. I can assure you this is an extremely rare occurrence and feedback has been passed to the manager of the department.
I apologise that we could not issue you a refund on Friday night, and I am happy to say this has been processed this morning for you.
With regards to receiving an email regarding another customers complaint I thank you for bringing this to our attention and measures have been put in place to ensure that this does not happen again.

Bought £306 worth of Japanese yen
I ordered 41,000 Japanese Yen early morning 10th March. The rate was favourable compared with other local outlets. Paid on debit card. Arranged to collect the currency from Euorchange in Harrow. Nice polite young lady had the money awaiting collection. Very simple process, no problems at all.

Bought £22 worth of Egyptian pounds
Very unprofessional. Due to a staff error, it took approx 30 mins to collect my money. Due to the same error only large notes were available. The 'sorry' word was used multiple times, but 'sorry' is not an apology.
