Will never use this company again. Ordered and paid online, using a joint account. Money was taken from account, but unable to collect as they said they needed pin verifying, even though I had the card and my passport. As I only use for online shopping couldn't remember pin, but they would not accept my partners joint card as verification, as it was under his name. Even though they weren't drawing out any money and already had payment. Arranged a new pin with bank, verified card worked and went back to collect money. Put in pin, but no joy apparently card was blocked (they said by my bank), however I went immediately to draw out money and card worked, so took back the receipt to prove this. They rang head office, who still said no pin verification no money. I asked if I would be charged for cancelling order and was told no but it would take 3/5 working days for my money to be returned to my account. It was a no-brainer for me and I cancelled the order, as I'd already offered other means of ID and was getting nowhere. How they can take your money and deny you what you have paid for is beyond me. However their loss is the Postoffice's gain, never had any problems with them and will go there from now on. 1star rating - would have left blank but it wouldn't let me.

Money was ordered using my debit card on the Eurochange website card for 300 euros. Eurochange took this from my bank account and the arrangement was that I collect this from Trinity Eurochange Leeds branch. At the time of collection I was refused the 300 euro ordered because of not having my passport on me. I had my debit card and pin number that was used to make the order so the Trinity branch contacted Eurochange and still refused to give me the money ordered and paid for. Eurochange were inflexible in their rules despite that fact they took the money from my account without any details from my passport showing double standards in security. The fact that I had the same debit card used and pin number which was more than enough to demonstrate that I was the named person that had paid for and put the order in I was refused my order. I then sent 2 emails to eurochange to say that if they could not deal with this matter immediately and give me the order I paid for that I would have to cancel it. On getting home I was told by phone and email that if I cancelled the order they would return the money minus £10.00 which I felt was adding insult to injury. Eurochange have proved to be self serving inflexible and grasping in trying to take money from me when my order should have been honored at the time of collection. I had used them many times over the years and twice in the last 2 months. I will make a point of going to their competitors and letting others know about my experience

IV always had good things to say about euro change till today. I arrived 2 minutes before close time at Birmingham international Train station collection point to find they had closed early and the lady working there unwilling to help. I checked via the atomic clock and the staff working at the train station and it was definitely closed early. This will cost me time and money to come back and collect and I just wish she had stayed till finish time as It it going to cause me cost and time to collect.

I visited the branch in the Oracle in Reading and was served by Elena who offered me a cash passport. This was particularly useful to me as I’m a student who is going to study abroad in Spain, so it is extremely helpful to have a card I can use without fees. I would appreciate it if you could let Elena know how grateful I am to her for being so kind and patient with me. Always use Eurochange, wouldn’t go for any other brand.

Ordered £750 worth of euro's online with a cash payment, went to collect them from the local bureau and was told that with a cash payment the online rate IS NOT available. even though I put in cash as method of payment on the online system and it allowed me to proceed they would not agree to it. Went to Thomas Cook and they agreed a rate slightly less than Eurochange's online rate but higher than their shop rate.

I totally forgot to email Eurochange to request specific denominations. Fortunately, unlike other companies, Eurochange sent me a good mix of notes in lower denominations (most companies just send a bunch of 100’s). Our Euros arrived 2 days after placing the order and while it’s impossible to get a good exchange rate from GBP to EUR at the moment, Eurochange offered the best rates I could find.

We must make you aware that when ordering from our website you have 3 methods of delivery: Pay & Collect, Reserve & Collect and Home Delivery.
Reserve & Collect, which you placed, simply reserves the currency for you at the branch rate of the day when you collect your order. Unfortunately this does mean that if the rate moves and becomes less favourable (like it did in your case) then you would get less.
To secure the web rate of the day, and protect yourself from the rate dropping, you can place a Pay & Collect order which requires paying for your currency at the time of ordering.
We do try to make the difference between a Reserve & Collect and a Pay & Collect as clear as possible on our website - we apologise if you did not find this to be the case.

Couldn’t have been a simpler transaction. I ordered online on Saturday afternoon and the package containing the denominations I asked for was delivered on Tuesday at 9 am by my postman. Very happy with the transaction and would highly recommend this company.

Tried to reserve euros online but for some reason wouldn't let me , so phoned nearest branch and they couldn't explain why not but also they couldn't get the rate I had seen on their own computer either , but they said would price match and got me as near the rate as was possible , talking point of a cent . Went through to eurochange and picked up my currency in a matter of minutes . Fairly happy but would have been happier had I ordered online to be delivered rather than having to make my way in to town on a busy Friday afternoon . Overall rating 4.3 /5

Wow these people are first class I ordered late Thursday and I had received my lira special delivery by the Saturday and even had a hand written message to say have a lovely time for my holiday and best of all I got the notes I requested and they had the best lira rate of the day so very happy to recommend and I shall be using them again.. thanks and as I ordered over £ 400 postage was free to .

I was told by a girl that used to work at Eurochange in London called Nargis to change my money there when I go on holiday. Im glad I did, I got way more than the bank was giving. I've always used the bank never again
