Bought £503 worth of Euros
I bought Euros online at a great rate and collected at the Gloucester store. I have been trying, for the last 3 weeks, to purchase more Euros but the Gloucester store does not appear as a collection point. I went into the local store to report this and was told that they couldn't telephone anybody to report the matter but was asked to try again later in case it was an IT glitch. The shop informed me it would be a rate lower if I purchased directly in store. I have tried again on several occasions to order online and collect in store since, to no avail, since Gloucester store as a collection point doesn't appear in list and says no store available. I telephone H&T Support Centre to report the problem and was told a recent IT upgrade had caused the problem and they didn't know if/when it would be resolved. I asked that it be reported that the Gloucester store collection location was encountering problems. It has now been over a week since I rang the Support Centre and still the issue has not been resolved. The Support Centre said they could phone the local store and ask them to honour the online rate but I told them as the rate is constantly changing and I didn't need currency for 2 weeks I'd wait and was hoping this issue would be resolved. Unfortunately this isnt the case which is a pity as service was great and so was rate. I will have to look elsewhere.

Bought £1,004 worth of Euros
With their maximum boost (exchanging over UK £1,000) H&T have consistently beaten any other High Street provider, including Sainsbury's and Post Office.
Since 2022 I've regularly compared other Euro money exchangers and found the H&T shop locations, in the Midlands, to be convenient and accessible enough to fit in with shopping trips to the same town.
H&T may not suit someone who may or cannot travel.
