M&S Travel Money reviews

I have always used M&S for foreign currency and have been totally satisfied with the service. However, on this occasion I was not. The assistant stated that the order was already prepared and couldn't be changed. She was dismissive and huffed after I asked if I could change some larger notes for smaller denominations. She would only change 2x€50 which if those are the rules then OK- it was her attitude I didn't like. Totally uncalled for and very much not the experience I have ever had previously.

Always great service friendly staff and great rates

I have bought travel money from M and S Bureau in Bromley many times. The service is always efficient and friendly and on smaller amounts you don’t need ID just your name and postcode. Competitive exchange rates.

Went to get just 100 euros. They said you need your passport or driving licence. They said it tells you that on the M&S sparks app.It was nowhere to be found. The staff member was very dismissive. It's not as if it was 10 thousand. More & more shops are accepting euros or pounds these days.

I went to collect the cash I had ordered today just before 2pm, during my lunch hour, only to find the desk closed until 3pm. I don't get another lunch hour. If the desk closes across lunchtime, this should be made clear when ordering

No problems with doing an order online ordered what I wanted payed by ca d and puck d up that day . Excellent service.
