I chose Sterling based on the reviews from MoneyExpert. Com and almost gave up all because of the website which was extremely confusing, and almost unusable. It was definitely not consumer friendly and probably geared to people working in the finance industry. However due to the reviews I had read I phoned through to customer service where I spoke with a gentleman who patiently talked me through the enrolment process, I should add that the web page just looked like a very simple screen that would have been appropriate for a time before windows or even Apple appeared on the scene. Eventually I was enrolled and the rest of the process went smoothly including delivery of the currency I ordered.

Addendum: Unable to complete the survey as the final box asking to state how much was spent refuses to accept the £ sign or a figure without the £ sign. It just about sums up the poor system you present as the face of the company.

Super easy to transfer UK pounds to Kiwi dollars. Needed a little help - called the number and immediately got through to a helpful human. Exchange rate I received was way better than the one being offered by my bank and I really appreciated that there are confirmation emails at each stage. Highly recommended!
