The site is very easy to use. Once you've set up your account and bank transfer details it is quick and reliable. The money came on the day I ordered it and was very safe and securely packaged. The rate of exchange was very good and I would recommend friends to use this service.

Great FX, works well. However, it should be better communication from the compliance team for the total currency amounts above £10k. Apart if that, I would heavily recommend this FX service for converting foreign currencies into pounds.

Transferred funds overseas
I have nothing but praise for Sterling. I have transferred money abroad, around six times now, I have never had any problems, it has always arrived when they said it would. I was very scary the first time, as you send the money to their account, and do not get any response, until certain times of the day then they email you, but now I'm used to that, the nerves have settled. I get Holiday money from them as well, I have never had any problems getting that delivered to my home, it has been faultless. All in all, the exchange rates have always been brilliant, they have always kept their word, my transfers or holiday money has arrived on time, and their service has always been perfect
