I’ve used this service many times. The rate is always competitive but more importantly it does what it says on the tin! The currency always arrive at the specified times and on the very rare occasion where I’ve had spare currency like the Brazilian Reais they’ve bought it back at a very competitive rate. Ordered Danish Kroner on 17/3 for my trip to Copenhagen, on Tuesday, my first payment by Apple Pay was declined, but my Second payment appeared to go through & I received an Order number. it said would I would them on the Date I expected 19/03. On 19/3 as I had not received an update went onto the APP & it said awaiting Payment. A call to Stirling Fx explained the Issue, forgot the guys name, he was very helpful told me to send a payment by Bacs. He ensured the payment was received. An hour later email received to confirm Currency would be received by 1pm the following the day & it was.
