I have been using Sterling FX for quite a number of years for my holiday Euro’s. I have always found the rate to be very good, the fact you can order in advance and know when your money is going to be delivered and even pay a small fee for guaranteed Saturday before 1pm delivery is a bonus. I always order small denominations as well as where I go on holiday normally will not take smaller notes for small purchases or drinks alone. I would recommend as never had any problems.

I have ordered different currencies over the years from Sterling. The rates are fantastic and delivery has always be spot on.

Customer service was excellent. My only criticism was the website which l think must cost the business money - l could not order an earlier pick-up time for foreign exchange, even for an extra charge, so l wrote directly to the company and they responded very quickly to say they could over-ride the online system. If l had not bothered to contact them directly and if they had not responded so quickly, l would have gone to another company.

I have used Sterling for home delivery foreign exchange for a few years and I have found them to be quick and efficient in all transactions plus offering good rates.

I have used Sterling for all currency exchange process over the last few years. I have found the company reliable and easy to communicate with. I have had some questions which have been quickly answered by phone and by E-mail, I find the web site very straightforward to use, The deliveries are on time and quick.

All in all, its a very good service.
