The exchange rate wasn't bad; I sent $3,400 to be exchanged for pounds and received an email stating that one banknote was counterfeit. They aren't replying to my emails, they won't return the bill, and they haven't provided any proof to back up their claim... At that rate, they could just as well have claimed that *all* of them were fake...

Used Sterling many times over the years. Very good rates (normally at or near best around), swift service and no security worries. Options to have small bills and crisp notes very handy for places like Africa where notes need to be clean and new or they might not be accepted. 'No Commission' buyback also very slick and handy.
Will definitely carry on using them and would recommend to anyone.
