First time using the company, delay on Royal Mail side caused a hold up of one day, got a notification from Royal Mail 06:30 on the day of delivery to day package is arriving by 13:00 that message was on the tracking until next day when I got another message to say it was at my location and delivery was by 13:00. It arrived just before 13:00. I would recommend Sterling as the exchange was good
