This is my first time for ordering currency from you, I asked for mixed currency however 10 x $100 notes and 1 x $10 hardly describes a mix of currency. I should perhaps have ordered low denominations. Ordering was easy enough and communication good 50/50 whether I will order again due to large denomination of $ received.

The exchange rate wasn't bad; I sent $3,400 to be exchanged for pounds and received an email stating that one banknote was counterfeit. They aren't replying to my emails, they won't return the bill, and they haven't provided any proof to back up their claim... At that rate, they could just as well have claimed that *all* of them were fake...
