Ordered Danish Kroner on 17/3 for my trip to Copenhagen, on Tuesday, my first payment by Apple Pay was declined, but my Second payment appeared to go through & I received an Order number. it said would I would them on the Date I expected 19/03. On 19/3 as I had not received an update went onto the APP & it said awaiting Payment. A call to Stirling Fx explained the Issue, forgot the guys name, he was very helpful told me to send a payment by Bacs. He ensured the payment was received. An hour later email received to confirm Currency would be received by 1pm the following the day & it was.

I ordered Mexican pesos and US dollars

Good rate but was handed a brick of banknotes in very low denomination. I've never experienced this with other exchange services...

I have used Sterling FX several times in the past (& intend to in the future) & apart from 1 occasion (out of their control) all aspects of the tansactions both obtaining currency & on 2 occasions returning it everything about the process has been smooth & as expected.

Best rate for Dominica (ECD)received exactly on the date specified and in the denominations requested. Also able add US Dollars to same order which was really handy and cash- in unused currency back at the same exchange rate- brilliant! Will definitely use in future & highly recommend.
