Transferred funds overseas
I have used Sterling FX for a number of years now, both for cash supply and foreign transfers. Their service is second to none. The funds are always transferred on time, and promptly. Their exchange rates are the best I have found! I would heartily recommend Sterling FX to anyone wishing to purchase currency, or make transfers abroad!

Bought travel money
For a good number of years I have been a dedicated Travelfx customer and was going to use them for this latest transaction but for smaller cash exchanges they charge a fee of £20. I did a google search and discovered Sterling fx. Not only did they not charge for small transactions but their exchange rate was slightly better than Travelfx. The only extra charge Sterlingfx made was £6 for special delivery postage which I thought was reasonable. My first go to site for future transactions.

Bought Euros
The headline exchange rates are usually some of the best available and the bureau is an easy walk from home. However, the rates are only available for online orders for in-person collection using a direct bank transfer (debit cards incur a fee as do deliveries) and the process is a little off-putting. Service at the collection counter can be surly, and the need to scan a passport or driving licence is poorly explained. It is apparently required for FCA compliance, but I have never previously encountered this requirement when collecting from other exchange bureaux.

I'm a regular traveller and go abroad from the UK probably 6-8 times a year. Whenever I need foreign currency I always use SterlingFX. Their service is quick, convenient and I don't even have to leave my own home thanks to their delivery service. I regularly advise people who need foreign currency fast to use them as they can deliver within a few working days usually.

Bought £855 worth of US dollars
I purchased US Dollars for my trip to Southeast Asia. The purchase from Fx was straight forward, if not hard to find the shop location.
However, I was not able to convert the US dollars into Indonesian dollars as the dollars was not the current series so they refused to change the US dollars. I would think that your office would issue the latest and most acceptable US dollars used around the world. As a consequence I have not been able to use the dollars and will lose the value in pounds when reconverting the dollars. Very disappointing.
