Bought travel money
I ordered euros to be collected from your Sidmouth branch today, yesterday I received a phone call to say they were ready for collection anytime . After receiving this message my wife and drove to Sidmouth to collect.On entering the shop at approx 12.45 I was informed the person who does the money was at lunch could I come back in 15 mins.My wife is in the car driving around waiting to pick me up as parking in Sidmouth is not easy so I said no I can’t wait 15mins.I find it unbelievable that a travel shop has only one person that can see to holiday money.I presume when this person is ill or on holiday you no longer offer this service until they return.

Sold currency
It was easy to change the currency but it would have been nice to be told there was a £3.90 charge for buyback.

Bought US dollars
Nobody phoned to discuss my currency request. I did go into the branch to ask. I stood at the Currency desk for 10 minutes and nobody even came over to say they were busy but would see to me when they could. Was forced to go elsewhere.

Bought Norwegian kroner
Order currency on 28 August to be collected from Clifton Moor branch on 4th Sept. No one rang to let me know the currency was in.
I went round to collect and was offered Moroccan Dinah, not Norwegian Kroner (as ordered).
I was leaving for Norway the next day and had no opportunity to buy more currency.

I always use Hays in Douglas for foreign exchange. Ordering online at a good rate and popping into the branch to pick my money up is very convenient, staff are always friendly and helpful.
