Needed euro currency for last minute trip to Brussels. Purchased Euros online click and collect at a competitive rate.

Visited Eastleigh branch to collect the cash and received friendly and efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend using Hays Travel. In fact, I am now considering using Hays to book my Summer holiday because of friendly and efficient service.

Very helpful member of the team, click and collect order ready upon collection, knowledgable about destination visiting and advised on returning unused currency.

We had a lovely experience with Gaynor at Hays Sandbach (and all the other staff!) Gaynor was helpful and friendly . We were a large group travelling together and most of our Turkish lira was distributed to us from Sandbach . Gaynor gave advice on currency and what we may need for our duration . Always with a beautiful smile !

I went into Hays in Witham and was served by the manager Darren who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested taking a mix of cash and money card in the US Dollars and explained the benefits of the money card. He then took time to help me download the app and get set up which was so handy.

What cheesed me off went in shop to buy euros to find out if you ordered on line you get a better rate so sitting on your fat bum gets you a better rate than me firstly going to the shop to buy euros ! Remember who put you on the high street in the first place foot traffic

I can recommend the click and collect service at the Ashton-under-Lyne Branch, their exchange rate was the best for me on the day and the service offered by the Foreign Exchange Lady was Excellent, asking how I wished my Euro currency to be given eg in 20's, 10's or 5's and was even kind enough to give me 4 of their plastic wallets to put my various denomination's into. I will definitely be coming back to Hay's Travel at Ashton.

Excellent service. Ordered US Dollars on line, received a phone call within 10mins from local Hays travel company to say they were in store and ready to collect. I also topped up my travel card in store.

Ordered currency for click and collect, received phone call to inform it was ready to collect. Arrived at shop to be told card payment system was not working since the evening before. Therefore cash only payment available. Why didn’t they tell me whilst on the phone? Wasn’t happy so cancelled the order there and then. The attitude of the staff member (Andy, Bolton branch) was appalling. Used to better from Hays Travel - been a regular customer for years at Salford where the service is first class
